1) Title: Marketing Executive

Salary: £20K-£24K – Dependant on experience

Bonus: Candidate attraction bonus / Client attraction bonus

Job purpose

To support our business growth we require a skilled Marketing Executive to take ownership of core marketing activities. This will encompass branding, market exposure, direct mailshots, WhatsApp/SMS, client and candidate introduction campaigns, SEO and social media.

Marketing Responsibilities:

  1. Attract appropriately skilled UK based candidates. (Within engineering and Transport & Logistics sectors)
  2. Plan, implement and manage regular marketing campains
  3. Improve company branding and exposure to both these sectors
  4. Amend, improve and update website as required
  5. To contribute to client base growth
  6. Keeping abreast of industry trends and news
  7. Gain relevant followers on social media channels
  8. Promote our expertise in these area, deliver content, interact on posts
  9. Promote our new App and gain more users (candidates)
  10. Gain more exposure and traction for our vacancy adverts
  11. Actively map and build ‘hot’ candidate and client lists in strategically important areas

Other responsibilities:

To provide support and service to internal delivery functions and departments

  • Provide support to ensure that the candidates and clients receive a professional and comprehensive service at all times
  • Contribute to job advert preparation and posting
  • Assist consultants with market research and list preparation
  • Provide first line support for candidate/client enquiries as required
  • Provide pre-employment and compliance checks in line with company policy and relevant legislation
  • Comply with company management systems, reporting and quality procedures including accurate CRM database management
  • Assist with name gathering of passive candidates
  • Mapping of new and existing clients through research targets
  • Support Managing Director and Office Manager with ad hoc PA resposnibilities

Skills/Experience required:

  • Marketing qualification in further education
  • A proactive and creative work ethic with ability to devise and implement successful marketing campaigns
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms to promote business activities
  • Creative approach to improve branding and market exposure
  • Proven problem solving skills with ability to research and source effective solutions
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Content writing skills
  • Strong organisational skills

Hours

Shifts options:

Monday to Thursday: 8:30am to 5:30pm or 9:00am to 6:00pm or 9:30am to 6:30pm

Friday: 9:00am to 1:00pm

Reporting to: Managing Director and Office Manager

2) Title: Talent Consultant – Talent hub

Salary: Circa £17K-£23K – Dependant on experience levels / targets and demands of role

Bonus: No threshold – paid monthly – Placement 1 – £150, Placement 2 – £200, Placement 3+ – £300

Job purpose

  • To identify, attract and engage candidates to fulfill specific business briefs and requirements
  • To provide support and service to internal delivery functions and departments
  • To proactively track and continuously manage the journey of a candidate customer
  • To identify new business opportunities for the business through leads(dependent on expertise and business requirements)
  • Mapping potential candidates within new + existing clients
  • Researching new and existing Clients for new contacts (client)
  • Name gathering of new candidates via candidate care calls
  • Interview prospective candidates – telephone screening (or covered by Delivery)
  • Be able to advise and reformat CV’s to ‘sell’ key USP’s of that candidate

To provide support and service to internal delivery functions and departments

  • Understand and support the Delivery and Business Development process
  • Provide first line support for all Candidate enquiries
  • Provide pre-employment and compliance checks in line with company policy and relevant legislation
  • Provide support to ensure that the candidates and clients receive a professional and comprehensive service at all times
  • Comply with company management systems, reporting and quality procedures including accurate database management
  • Develop an understanding of market rates and conditions within your sector
  • Seek and provide feedback in a professional manner at all times to candidates

To proactively track and continuously manage the journey of a candidate customer 

  • Proactively ‘Manage’ existing candidate silos – track career path
  • Servicing existing candidates (‘passive and active’)
  • Agree and deliver against candidate service levels
  • Actively maps and builds ‘hot’ candidate lists in strategically important silos
  • Identification of MPC’s (most placeable candidates) in demand silos
  • Continuous name gathering of passive candidates

Softer skills required

  • Ability to influence and engage with all levels of candidates
  • Market expert and can articulate their specialist knowledge and understanding
  • Advanced skills in Linkedin / job boards and other candidate portals required

3) Business Development Consultant

Salary: £24K-£30K – Dependent on experience

Bonus: Generous commission scheme. Others in similar role earn between £1k and £3.5k pm on top of salary

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Business Development professional to join a successful recruitment business. Joining the Client Delivery team your primary responsibility will be to contribute to growing our market share within the engineering sector by gaining new recruitment opportunities for our team to service.

This is not a typical recruitment consultant opportunity as the successful candidate will only be responsible for the business development and account management functions whilst our Talent Hub Team will be responsible for finding the best suited candidates available for the your client’s vacancies.

All Consult2Recruit employees are provided with excellent in house and external training and enjoy half days on Friday!

Business Development Skills and experience required

  • Demonstrable track record in B2B business development sales
  • Excellent communicator at all levels
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Proactive and highly professional work ethic
  • Ability to map the market and win new business opportunities for us to provide highly efficient recruitment solutions
  • Apply highest possible level of account management skills and nurture long term business relationships
  • Oversee all client communications during recruitment project delivery

Our business development consultants typically earn between £1k and £3.5k per month on top of their basic salary depending on their performance
