Recruitment Resourcer – Engineering Sector
Consult2Recruit Ltd | Transport & Vehicle Maintenance Division
Based out of Aztec West, Bristol (with Friday home working)
Job purpose
- Sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and our database
- Screening CVs and conducting initial candidate conversations
- Building and maintaining candidate relationships
- Assisting with interview coordination and candidate onboarding
- Supporting the Recruitment Consultant with day-to-day delivery and administration
What we’re looking for:
- Strong communication skills and confidence speaking to candidates
- Highly organised with great attention to detail
- A proactive approach – someone who enjoys problem solving and finding solutions
Key details:
Location: Office-based at Aztec West, Bristol (WFH every Friday)
Hours: Monday to Friday, with early starts between 7:30am – 8:30am
Salary: Dependent on experience + attractive bonus schemes
Training: Full training and ongoing support provided – no prior experience needed
